Jiu Jitsu, Wrestling & Judo
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu — Gi
Traditional BJJ using the gi (uniform). Covers guard work, sweeps, submissions, positional escapes, and competition strategy. Suitable for all levels.
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu — No Gi
Submission grappling without the gi. Faster pace, greater emphasis on wrestling, body locks, and leg attacks. Popular with MMA athletes and competitors.
BJJ Competition Prep
Structured preparation class for students planning to compete at local and national BJJ tournaments. Includes drilling, live rolling, and game planning.
Open Mat — BJJ
Supervised free rolling session. Open to all enrolled BJJ students to drill techniques, work specific positions, or spar at their own pace.
Wrestling
Takedown fundamentals, snap-downs, level changes, penetration steps, and mat returns. Essential for BJJ, MMA, and self-defense applications.
Judo
Olympic throwing art featuring ippon seoi nage, o-goshi, uchi mata, and kouchi gari among foundational techniques. Includes ne-waza (ground work).
Boxing & Muay Thai
Boxing — Fundamentals
Stance, guard, footwork, jab-cross-hook-uppercut combinations, head movement, and defensive slipping. Ideal for beginners building their striking foundation.
Boxing — Advanced
Ring craft, feints, combination chains, counter-punching, pressure fighting, and sparring preparation for those with an established boxing base.
Muay Thai
The art of eight limbs: punches, kicks, elbows, knees, and the Muay Thai clinch. Full striking system used in both sport competition and self-defense.
Muay Thai — Padwork
One-on-one or small group padwork sessions focusing on timing, power generation, combination accuracy, and conditioning through pad rounds.
Sparring Sessions
Supervised controlled sparring for intermediate and advanced students. Protective gear required. Sessions are technique-focused, not ego-driven.
Arnis & Kali
Arnis / Kali — Beginner
Introduction to single stick, double stick, and knife defense. Covers basic striking patterns (anyo), blocking, and footwork rooted in Filipino tradition.
Arnis — Intermediate
Disarming techniques, redondo strikes, sinawali (double-stick patterns), and flow drills. Develops reflexes, coordination, and adaptability under pressure.
Empty-Hand Kali (Pangamot)
The empty-hand principles derived from Kali weapons training. Joint locks, nerve strikes, throws, and entries applied through the Filipino martial framework.
Self Defense & Conditioning
Self Defense Program
Practical real-world self-protection skills combining striking, takedown defense, and escape techniques. Designed for everyday people, not just martial artists.
Situational Awareness Training
Scenario-based drills teaching students to recognize, de-escalate, and respond to threatening situations before physical confrontation occurs.
Martial Arts Conditioning
Supplementary conditioning class covering cardio, strength, mobility, and injury prevention designed specifically to support your primary martial arts training.
